Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Capital First, Capital First Home Finance and Capital First Securities with IDFC Bank and their respective shareholders and creditors. CCI at its meeting held on March 07, 2018 approved the same.
Capital First is an MSME and consumer financing company which provides debt financing to these segments and also offers home loans, two wheeler loans and durable loans to entry and mid-level salaried employees of corporates.
