Paisalo Digital has informed that FIU-IND has updated its list of NBFCs categorized as ‘High Risk Financial Institutions’ on account of non-compliance with PMLA and PML rules, i.e. non - registration of Principal Officer (PO) and in the updated list even the former name of the Company i.e. S.E. Investments Limited is not there. With this, the confusion pertaining to the name of the Company being on the list comes to an end as Company’s new name ‘Paisalo Digital Limited’ was never there.
