Hindustan Organic Chemicals (HOCL) is planning to sell 242 acres of its Rasayani land to BPCL (through NBCC). The company is also planning to transfer its Kharghar land to NALCO. The board of directors of the company will meet on March 16, 2018 to consider the same.
HOCL is an India-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of chemicals. The company’s products include Phenol, Acetone, Oleum, Nitrobenzene, Concentrated Nitric Acid (CNA), Aniline, Nitrotoluenes, Chlorobenzenes, Nitrochlorobenzenes, Dinitrogen Tetroxide etc.
