PNB Housing Finance is planning to raise funds up to Rs 8,000 crore in one or more tranches by issuing debt securities. The board of directors will meet on March 15, 2018 to consider issuance of secured and unsecured non-convertible debentures aggregating up to an amount of Rs 8,000 crore in one or multiple tranches.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and upgradation of houses.
