JM Financial has further acquired an aggregate of 7,60,47,279 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each of JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company, a subsidiary of the company, pursuant to the allotment of 7,40,05,612 equity shares subscribed by the company on rights basis and 20,41,667 by way of secondary transfer.
Consequent to the above acquisition, the shareholding of the company in JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company has increased from 50.01% to 57.07%.
