Vanguard Group has acquired 1.36 million equity shares of Graphite India for around Rs 105.50 crore. The investment management company has bought these shares for an average price of Rs 776.06 per share on the NSE on March 16, 2018.
Graphite India is the pioneer in India for manufacture of Graphite Electrodes as well as Carbon and Graphite Speciality products.
