Bharti Airtel, a leading global telecommunications company with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa is introducing customized cloud computing services for small and medium business enterprises (SMEs). The company is going to offer this service in partnership with Hewlett Packard (HP).
HP will offer infrastructure-as-a-service and software-as-a-service to small businesses of sizes as low as five employees in a company to 500 people. HP will also take care of security concerns on bring-your-own-device for employees with Airtel using its own data centers situated in the country.
Cloud services are part of Airtel’s business-to-business (B2B) vertical and the partnership with HP would benefit both the companies to create more ecosystem and growth.
