Bharat Financial trades higher on the bourses

Bharat Financial Inclusion is currently trading at Rs. 1085.05, up by 6.20 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 1078.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1085.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1091.05 and Rs. 1077.75 respectively. So far 5762 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1094.90 on 07-Feb-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 650.60 on 24-May-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1091.05 and Rs. 1041.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15105.20 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 1.65% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 84.69% and 13.66% respectively.

Bharat Financial Inclusion has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Madhya Pradesh Animal Husbandry Department to roll out animal healthcare programme. The programme, ‘Pashu Dhan Sanjeevani – 1962’ is said to be the first of its kind initiative by any state government in the country. Under the programme, animal owners can avail a range of veterinary services by dialing a toll-free helpline number 1962.

Bharat Financial Inclusion (formerly known as SKS Microfinance) is a non-banking finance company (NBFC), regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. The company's mission is to provide financial services to the poor under the premise that providing financial services to poor borrowers helps to alleviate poverty.
