HIL has been conferred with the prestigious ‘TPM Excellence Award’ for three of its Roofing Manufacturing Plants from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM), Japan.
The awards were conferred by JIPM for ‘Excellence in Operational Manufacturing’ and the company has received the same at a recently conducted ceremony held at Japan on March 21, 2018. This recognition underlines HIL’s commitment to driving a world-class operation in the field of building material solutions. The awards are also a testament to the dedication of the personnel associated with the respective facilities towards production excellence.
HIL is a leading player in asbestos cement sheet (ACS) for roofing, from which it derives 70 per cent of its revenue at present.
