Fortune Financial Services’ (India) wholly owned subsidiary -- Fortune Credit Capital has received an approval for the Scheme of Arrangement between Napean Finvest and Fortune Credit Capital for acquiring the NBFC business of Napean Finvest. The board of the company at their meeting held on March 22, 2018, approved the same.

Fortune Financial Services (India) is engaged in providing a range of Financial Services right from Equities and Derivatives trading, Equity Research, Commodities Trading, Portfolio Management Services, Distribution of Mutual Funds, IPO & Insurance products and also Investment banking services.
