Transformers and Rectifiers India (TRIL) and Gopal Sanasy, have mutually agreed to terminate Joint Venture (JV) Agreement due Gopal Sanasy's commitments outside India. The JV Company has not started any commercial activities. Hence, there will be no impact on the company due to this event.
Earlier, TRIL had executed JV agreement with Gopal Sanasy for the purpose of providing services relating to Transformer Oil regeneration and maintenance of transformer & other oils. TRIL had 76% Share in the JV Company namely Vortech and balance by Gopal Sanasy.
TRIL is one of India’s leading transformer manufacturers. The company is the main supplier of transformers to the Sardar Sarovar hydel project, state electricity boards and major international clients.
