Sequent Scientific has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated March 9, 2018 issued on March 22, 2018 has approved the Composite Scheme involving demerger of Commodity API business of Strides and Human API Business of SeQuent into Solara under the provisions of Sections 230 - 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Appointed Date for the Demerger is October 1, 2017. The Company shall soon notify the Effective Date of De-merger and the Record Date for determining the entitlement of shareholders to whom Solara will allot shares consequent to the demerger.
