National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) of Mumbai Bench has approved the Composite Scheme involving demerger of Commodity API business of Strides Shasun and Human API Business of SeQuent Scientific into Solara Active Pharma Sciences.
The Appointed Date for the Demerger is October 1, 2017.
Strides Shasun is a vertically integrated global pharmaceutical Company headquartered in Bangalore. The company has 74 cumulative ANDA filings with USFDA of which 44 ANDAs have been approved as of date and 30 are pending approval.
