Steelco Gujarat has informed that the adjourned meeting of Board of Directors is rescheduled on 30th March, 2018, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017. In this regards, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed, for all employee(s) / Insider(s) / Connected Person(s), till 1st April, 2018. The Trading Window shall reopen from 2nd April, 2018 or next earlier trading session available.
