Indiabulls Housing Finance has informed that the Board constituted Compensation Committee of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. March 24, 2018, has under the Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme-2013, granted an aggregate of 1,00,000 Stock Options representing an equal number of equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each in the Company, at an exercise price of Rs 1,200.40, being the latest available closing market price on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as on March 23, 2018. The Stock Options so granted, shall vest within 5 years beginning from March 25, 2019, the first vesting date. The options vested under each of the slabs, can be exercised within a period of five years from the relevant vesting date.
