Suyog Telematics has informed that National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on March 12, 2018 ordered the commencement of Corporate Insolvency resolution process of Aircel Limited (AL) and AL by making Public announcement has asked all its financial and operational creditors to file their respective proof of claims in Form B to Chapter IV of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency resolution process for corporate persons) Regulations, 2016. Therefore, being an operational creditor the company has filed their dues of Rs 49,246,273 from Aircel Limited, on March 28, 2018 in above mentioned form before Vijaykumar V Iyer, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, Interim Resolution professional, in terms of above order and public announcement.
