Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure has informed that Vivek Dayaram Kohli has resigned as Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The Management has accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from the office of whole time director from close of March 31, 2018. However, he will continue as non-executive director on the Board of the company.
