RPP Infra Projects has bagged orders from TNSCB (Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board) and Maharashtra PWD (Public Works Department of Maharashtra).
The first order is for affordable housing project for construction of multi stored tenements with minimum 400 square feet of plinth area/ unit using conventional Technology/ Alternative Technology or a combination of both on lump-sum Turnkey Design basis including all services such as internal and external water supply, sanitary, electrification and development works at Gandhi Nagar in Erode District under Vertical - III worth of Rs 119 crore. The said work order is to be completed within 18 months.
The second order is for rehabilitation/ up-gradation of existing Highway to 2 Lane/ 4 Lane with paved shoulder configuration from Wardha to Hinganghat (Km 0+000 to Km 36+850] section of NH-347A (Multi - Earora) on EPC Mode in the state of Maharashtra worth Rs 144.9 crore. The said work order is to be completed within 18 months.
