The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given approval for Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst KPIT Technologies, Birlasoft India (BSIL) and KPIT Engineering (KEL) and their respective Shareholders.
The CCI at its meeting held on April 3, 2018, has considered and approved the same.
