Further to the letter no Jaykay Ent./CS/209/2017/BM-4/ dated November 13, 2017 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jaykay Enterprises has informed that the Company has acquired 5,45,957 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each of Nebula3D Services Private Ltd. (Nebula), a company mainly engaged in the business of 3D scanning services, 3D Design and other related services on April 6, 2018. The acquisition constitutes the 27.65% of the Equity Share Capital of Nebula and thereby Nebula has become an associate company of the Company with effect from April 6, 2018.
