FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per April 10 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4492.70 crore against gross selling of Rs 5777.21 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1284.51 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3267.92 crore with gross sales of Rs 2511.95 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 755.97 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 0.26 crore against gross selling of Rs 1.98 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.72 crore in hybrid segment.
