Pennar Industries and Enertech Engineering have formed a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) by name ‘Enertech Pennar Defense and Engineering Systems’ on April 10, 2018.
Further, Pennar Industries will hold 51% and Enertech Engineering will hold 49% in Enertech Pennar Defense and Engineering Systems.
