NVB Plc has sold 3.92 crore shares of Idea Cellular for Rs 280.57 crore i.e. 0.90% stake through an open market transaction on April 17, 2018. NVB Plc has offloaded these shares at a price of Rs 71.5 per share.

Idea Cellular is an AV Birla group company and provides Global System for Mobile communications (GSM)-based wireless service at the pan-India level.
