Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company would remain closed from April 15, 2018 to May 18, 2018, for the Directors / Officers and Designated Persons of the company, who have been conveyed suitably to that effect.
