Ambuja Cement has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 4th May, 2018 to, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended 31st March, 2018 of the Corporate Financial Year ending 31st December, 2018. Further to the intimation dated 27th March, 2018, the company informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will open from 7th May, 2018. The Trading Window would remain closed from 1st April, 2018 to 6th May, 2018.
