Bharti Airtel has received an approval for transfer of its passive infra assets at the Core Network Locations to Nxtra Data, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on April 24, 2018 approved the same. The expected date of completion is subject to requisite approvals as may be applicable.
The passive infra assets at the core Network Location forms integral part of assets of the company. Since these locations / assets are primary used for captive consumption, revenue from external customers is not significant for the undertaking.
