RIL gains with telecom arm adding 8.74 million subscribers in February

Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs. 976.65, up by 5.95 points or 0.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 970.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 972.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 988.00 and Rs. 972.00 respectively. So far 264710 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 990.00 on 23-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 647.50 on 24-May-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 988.00 and Rs. 921.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 622107.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.84% and 16.72% respectively.

Reliance Industries’ (RIL) telecom arm - Reliance Jio Infocomm (Jio) has added 8.74 million customers in February, taking its market share to 15.31% up from 14.62% in January, 13.71% in December, 13.08% in November and 12.39% in October. 

RIL is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
