Cadila Healthcare is selling 1,25,00,001 equity shares in Bayer Zydus Pharma at a value determined in terms of JVA to Bayer by executing a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) amongst the company, Bayer and the Joint Venture Company (JVC) - Bayer Zydus Pharma.
Earlier, the company had entered into Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Bayer (South East Asia) (Bayer) on January 28, 2011. Both Bayer and the company hold 2.50 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up of Bayer Zydus Pharma.
