Godawari Power & Ispat has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
The company has reported a rise of over 8 fold in its net profit of Rs 88.40 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 11.07 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income from operations of the company increased by 21.74% at Rs 626.35 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 514.50 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of over 6 fold in its net profit at Rs 100.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 15.39 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY17. Total consolidated income from operations of the company increased by 17.74% at Rs 746.86 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 634.32 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2018, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 181.95 crore as compared to a net loss of Rs 77.43 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income from operations of company increased by 29.35% at Rs 2192.82 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1749.40 crore for the period ended March 31, 2017.
For the year ended March 31, 2018, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a net profit at Rs 207.63 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 74.51 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income from operations of company has increased by 29.27 % at Rs 2597.49 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2009.38 crore for the period ended March 31, 2017.
