BASF India’s Parent Company -- BASF SE, Germany and Solenis have reached an agreement to combine BASF’s Paper wet-end & Water Chemicals business with Solenis, USA. The transaction is anticipated to close by the end of 2018 at the earliest.
The Board of Directors of BASF India at its meeting held on May 03, 2018, approved the proposal to transfer the paper wet-end and water chemicals business of the company to Solenis in India.
BASF India is a chemical manufacturing company. It operates in the business segments of agricultural solutions, performance products, plastics businesses and chemicals. The agricultural solutions include insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and specialties.
