State Bank of India (SBI) has taken symbolic possession of Rathi Graphic Technologies’ Factory i.e. SP 921, RIICO Industrial Area, Phase-III, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002.
However, the company is in dialogue with the Lender and is taking all measures to arrive at a suitable solution/settlement with the Lender.
Rathi Graphic Technologies is engaged in manufacturing toners and developers for photocopiers.
