Seamec has informed that the Company will close the trading window with effective from11th May, 2017, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Insider Trading Policy for the purpose of considering of the Quarterly Financial Results and Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the period ended on 31st March, 2017. The opening of the Window shall be 48 hours after disclosure of the financial results by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
