Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jubilant LifeScience has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on May 9, 2018, recommended a dividend of Rs. 3 (Rupees Three only) per equity share of Re.1 each for the year ended March 31, 2018. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid / despatched on or before October 4, 2018.
