In compliance of Regulation 29 (1) (a) and (e) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 24th May, 2018 for considering Audited Financial Results(Standalone & Consolidated) for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018. The Board shall also consider to recommend Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company. In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company further informed that the trading window will remain closed from Monday, the 2 April, 2018 for all designated persons as defined under the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders.
