Pursuant to Regulation 30 SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Kapashi Commercial has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 11, 2018 have approved the appointment of Bindu Divyesh Mehta (DIN:08130882) as an Additional Director (Independent Director) with effect from May 11, 2018 to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further the Board appointed Bindu Divyesh Mehta as a Member of Audit Committee and Nomination Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. The Company also informed that Amita Rajnikant Shah has tendered her resignation Independent Director of Kapashi Commercial with effect from May 11, 2018, due to her pre-occupation with other works. Amita Rajnikant Shah was Non-executive Independent Director of the Company and also the Member of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
