Hindustan Oil Exploration Company’s joint venture (JV) firm Hardy Exploration & Production (India) Inc., (Hardy), the Operator of the PY-3 Field has temporarily shut PY-3 field. The company is awaiting Management Committee approval of the award of a contract for the field's floating production system (FPS). The company is working closely with stake-holders to secure the necessary approvals and recommence production as soon as possible.
The company has participating interest in seven oil/gas fields in India (in Cambay basin, Cauvery basin and Assam Arakan basin), which are in varying stages of E&P life cycle i.e. exploration, development and production.
