Pursuant to the Regulation 29(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), V-Mart Retail has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursdays, 24th May, 2018, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018 and to recommend the dividend, if any for the financial year 2017-18. Further, pursuant to Regulations 46 and 47 of LODR, notice of the aforesaid Meeting is also being published in newspapers and uploaded on the website of the Company. The financial results so approved will also be published pursuant to the provisions of LODR. Further, for the purpose of the above and as per the Company’s code of conduct pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Company’s Directors, Officers, Designated employees and connected persons shall remain closed from 16th May, 2018 till 27th May, 2018.
