V-Mart Retail has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2018, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018 and to recommend the dividend, if any for the financial year 2017-18. Further, as per the Company's code of conduct pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Companys Directors, Officers, Designated employees and connected persons shall remain closed from May 16, 2018 till May 27, 2018.
