In compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nova Iron & Steel has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 29th May, 2018 to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2018. Further in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain close, for directors and designated employees from 16th May, 2018 to 29th May, 2018. The trading window shall reopen from 30th May, 2018 or next trading session available.
