Star Cement has received an approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of the wholly owned subsidiary, namely Megha Technical & Engineers with itself, with effect from April 01, 2018 (Appointed Date). The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on May 17, 2018, approved the same.
