NHPC has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2018, to consider Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the FY ended on March 31, 2018 and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, to the equity shareholders of the Company for the FY 2017-18. Further, as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from May 21, 2018 to May 30, 2018 for insiders for dealing in securities of the Company on account of consideration of Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the FY 2017-18.
