Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, XL Energy has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, the 30th May, 2018 at 5.00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the Audited financial results for the 04th quarter ended and financial year ended 31st March, 2018. Further the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees from 23rd May, 2018 till 01st June, 2018.
