Aditya Birla Capital has incorporated a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) company namely ‘Aditya Birla Stressed Asset AMC’ with effect from May 22, 2018. The company has incorporated WOS with an initial subscription of 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 1 lakh.

Aditya Birla Stressed Asset AMC is incorporated to carry on the activities of raising or acquiring funds for and managing mutual funds, venture capital funds, offshore funds, pension funds, provident funds, or any other funds.
