Gujarat Fluorochemicals issues LOC to IndusInd Bank

Gujarat Fluorochemicals has issued Letter of Comfort (LOC) worth Rs 125 crore to IndusInd Bank for the working capital credit facilities enhancement sanctioned by the Bank to Inox Wind (IWL), subsidiary of the company. Out of these Credit facilities, the Bank may issue Bank Guarantee in favour of various beneficiaries on behalf of IWL and its subsidiaries including step-down subsidiaries.

Gujarat Fluorochemicals is engaged in manufacturing of chloro-fluorocarbon refrigerant gases and hydrous hydrofluoric acid.
