Maharashtra Seamless has received an approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Jindal Premium Connections and Maharashtra Seamless Finance, wholly owned subsidiaries of the company, with itself. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 24, 2018, approved the same.
