Deep Industries’ Board has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the company and Deep CH4 and their respective shareholders and creditors. The Scheme of Arrangement provides for transfer and vesting of Oil and Gas Services Undertaking from the Demerged Company into the Resulting Company.
