SRG Housing Finance has received an approval to raise funds worth Rs 60 crore by way of Equity Shares through Rights Issue and/or Private Placement including Preferential Allotment and/or Qualified Institutions Placement or through any other permissible mode or a combination.
The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on May 28, 2018, has approved the same.
