MM Forgings has decided to sell, lease, mortgage/charge the properties of the company, to the extent of the Charge created, but not exceeding Rs 1500 crore. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on May 28, 2018, decided the same.
MM Forgings is the largest steel forging company in South India having multiple facilities in India.
