Reliance Communications (RCom) has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
The company has reported a net loss of Rs 55 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 as compared to net profit of Rs 33 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 52.23% at Rs 407 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 852 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported a net loss of Rs 19776 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 as compared to net loss of Rs 966 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY17. Total consolidated income of the company decreased by 39.94% at Rs 976 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1625 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2018, the company has posted a fall of 72% in its net profit at Rs 63 crore as compared to Rs 225 crore for the previous year. Total income of company decreased by 36.93% at Rs 2231 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3537 crore for the year ended March 31, 2017.
For the year ended March 31, 2018, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a net loss of Rs 23839 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1403 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total consolidated income of company decreased by 29.43% at Rs 4684 crore for the year under review as compared to Rs 6637 crore for the year ended March 31, 2017.
