MPS through its wholly owned subsidiary company, MPS Interactive Systems, has completed the acquisition of Tata Interactive Systems (a business division of Tata Industries).
Earlier in April, the company had entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with Tata Industries for the same.
MPS is a leading provider of platforms and services for content development, production, and distribution.
